We write about internal changes
Imagine your heroine/heroine is on a year-long trip around the world. She/he decided months ago to take the one route and get on the plane. Now she/he has almost reached the end. She/he begins to write down which situations and experiences have changed her/him. Instead of a trip around the world, you can also choose a relationship, an illness or a hard year.
